Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Searcys. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our office and will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing the reception visitor log, and completing reports as required.
  • Communication: Handle all incoming telephone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and provide hospitality to visitors and staff, including setting up meeting rooms and arranging for refreshments.
  • Security and Access: Maintain the security and access card system, creating security passes for employees and issuing visitor passes.
  • Stationery and Supplies: Maintain and order stationery stock as needed.
  • Facilities and Maintenance: Report and assist with housekeeping and maintenance issues.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with reception and client procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using visitor management systems and other administrative software.
