Position Overview
- Deliver a friendly and professional greeting to all visitors and staff.
- Oversee visitor registration and check-in processes.
- Guide guests to the relevant departments and personnel.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting spaces.
- Take responsibility for the arrangement of meeting rooms.
- Coordinate schedules and reservations using Condeco and Outlook.
- Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams.
- Manage supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Support with scheduling and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
