About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our global marketing team within our fast-paced Recruitment division. This role is focused on driving lead volume and order intake for our recruitment payroll propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing plans across all areas of the marketing mix, delivering against business KPIs.
  • Lead and execute on the marketing strategy for our hero payroll and billing proposition FastTrack360, leveraging marketing materials across regions.
  • Drive lead generation activity within the UK and Europe region, across a range of marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email, webinars, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Track, monitor, and optimise pipeline to deliver the order intake required to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing and delivering on integrated B2B marketing plans, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to make recommendations regarding marketing spend and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, including Marketo, SalesForce, and Google Analytics.
