Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts to provide accurate financial information supporting key business decisions.
- Produce variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in costs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Partner with department heads to develop budgets and forecast future financial performance.
- Support the development and implementation of financial models to improve cost efficiencies.
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and overall financial health of the business, providing insightful reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in management accounting with strong financial analysis and reporting skills and the ability to influence key decision makers.
