We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development through identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective suppliers to drive improved profitability and best value
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business growth and development within the waste management and recycling sector
  • Strong understanding of recovered paper and other recycling material qualities
  • General knowledge of local authority sector and relevant regulations
  • Ability to analyze market trends and intelligence to inform business decisions
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary estimated at £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience
