The successful candidate will have experience in driving business development within the retail or related sectors, with a strong understanding of the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business growth plan to expand our presence in the UK retail design market.
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS - Forge and maintain long-term relationships with key retail clients, positioning Glencourt Associates as their trusted design partner.
  • Drive business development through proactive identification and secure new business opportunities, taking a hands-on approach to achieve measurable growth and results.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights from client interactions and shape the UK market strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven business development experience in driving revenue growth within the retail or related sectors.
  • Excellent relationship building expertise with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strategic and independent approach to achieving business goals and executing sales strategies independently.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.
