GROUP HR MANAGER



About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to join our team at KE Hotels (Head Office). As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and driving business results.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports the delivery of our business strategy.
  • Design and implement company policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with our group properties to develop and deliver strategic HR plans that support our overall business direction.
  • Develop and maintain our Employee Company Handbook, ensuring it remains up-to-date and compliant with HR regulations.
  • Manage the people aspects of change management, including TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Produce and analyze reports to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Support our Finance team with payroll reports and budgeting.
  • Provide HR and performance guidance to our management team, ensuring they are equipped to manage their teams effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and career progression.
  • Design and maintain employee benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations by conducting investigations, audits, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and drive business results.
  • Develop the people management capability within our business, ensuring we have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Oversee our HR online platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date, and providing support and training to our management team.
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, ensuring they remain accurate and compliant with HR regulations.
  • Maintain historical HR records, ensuring we have a comprehensive understanding of our past and current HR practices.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Member of the CIPD.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to our hotels as required.
