GROUP HR MANAGER



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the business objectives of KE Hotels (Head Office).
  • Design and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and deliver strategic HR plans that support the overall business direction.
  • Develop and maintain the Employee Company Handbook to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Manage the people aspects of change management, including TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Produce and analyze reports to inform HR decisions and support business objectives.
  • Support the finance team with payroll reports and budgeting.
  • Provide HR and performance guidance to the management team, ensuring they are aware of changes to employment law.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee career progression and personal development.
  • Design and maintain employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations by conducting investigations, audits, and maintaining records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Develop the people management capability within the business to drive performance and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Oversee the HR online platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date, and providing support and training to the management team.
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Maintain historical HR records, ensuring past and current records are accurate and accessible.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Member of the CIPD.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with travel to hotels as required.
