GROUP HR MANAGER

As a key member of the KE Hotels (Head Office) team, the Group HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Design and implement effective company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with group properties to develop and deliver strategic HR plans that support the overall business direction.
  • Maintain and update the Employee Company Handbook.
  • Manage the people aspects of change management, including TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Produce and analyze reports to inform HR decisions.
  • Support the finance team with payroll reports and budgeting.
  • Provide HR and performance guidance to the management team, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including career paths and Employee Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
  • Design and maintain employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure HR regulatory compliance through investigations, audits, and record-keeping.
  • Foster employee engagement and develop the people management capability within the business.
  • Manage HR records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Oversee the HR online platform, ensuring it remains up-to-date, and providing support and training to management.
  • Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain historical HR records.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Membership of the CIPD.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Hybrid working role that requires travel to hotels as required.
