Client Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Account Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between the client and our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to drive growth.
- Manage and maintain our CRM tool, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with our engineering, procurement, and construction contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to all aspects of sales activity, including order bank management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.
- Develop commercial awareness, negotiating and overseeing contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- A competitive salary range of £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
