About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at VINCI Construction France. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies and improve business performance.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts, business plans, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in French a plus.
