Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between the client and our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales performance using our CRM tool.
- Collaborate with our engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Commercial awareness, with experience of contract management and negotiation.
- A competitive salary range of £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
