Client Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between the client and our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activity using our CRM tool.
- Collaborate with our engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A competitive salary range of £70,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
