About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team at VINCI Energies. As a key member of our Nottingham office, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and our team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client management, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our project team members to ensure effective customer relationships and project delivery.
  • Use our CRM tool to capture and monitor opportunities and customer requests.
  • Develop relationships with key contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to all aspects of sales activity, including order management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.
  • Negotiate and oversee contracts with customers and subcontractors, demonstrating commercial awareness and expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and experience in contract management, with the ability to negotiate and oversee contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of the full project life cycle, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
