WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, Permanent Position
COMPENSATION: £26,688.60 base salary annually plus additional benefits

We are excited to announce an opening for a Client Relationship Manager within our uPVC Infeed Team, where you will engage with our clients and suppliers. This role is crucial within our Infeed Team and is ideal for a Client Relationship Manager who possesses strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, along with field experience in the Construction or Recycling industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage daily interactions and account responsibilities for a designated customer portfolio
  • Organize and conduct client site visits
  • Reach out to potential clients
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships
  • Cross-sell services to both new and existing clients
  • Provide regular updates and maintain communication with the Commercial team
  • Accurately document and manage data

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior experience in Account Management; familiarity with the Recycling or Construction sectors is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays as necessary (a company vehicle will be provided for travel)
  • Experience in customer management
