Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning as an Employed Financial Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, identifying opportunities to grow their wealth and achieve their financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our paraplanning and admin team to ensure seamless delivery of financial services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a financial planner, with a strong track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Diploma in Financial Advice or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry Sales experience and a strong understanding of investment and pension business.
