About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our uPVC Infeed Team at Eurocell Recycling. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and agree contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to the Commercial Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the recycling or construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Full UK driving license, IT literate, and ability to travel within the UK.
