As a Key Account Growth Specialist at City Plumbing Supplies, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed business targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets, focusing on high-value customers and prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major customer sites, identifying and addressing their needs and requirements.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analyse data to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences, and purchasing habits. Use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, logistics, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and measure sales performance against established metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress towards business goals.
