Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at MacroBond Financial. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for defining a regional sales strategy for the DACH business and proactively driving it forward.
Your primary objective will be to build a strong, sustainable, and evolving pipeline of opportunity, securing new revenue growth and recurring revenue streams. You will work closely with the management team to identify appropriate contacts within target vertical markets and prospect for new business with identified contacts in defined regions.
Requirements- Experience in software or data-driven solution sales to the investment community
- Ability to define and communicate compelling value propositions
- Excellent relationship-building skills, including ability to initiate and sustain relationships with large, medium, and small-sized prospective customers
- Proficiency in spoken and written German required
Benefits include flexible working hours, remote work options, and a competitive salary of €130,000 - €190,000 per annum.
