Sales Development Specialist

Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join their team in Middlesbrough. This role is part of the Fabrication and GRP teams, working with an industry leader in the manufacturing of bespoke fabricated steel and GRP products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through commercial methods such as prospecting calls and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare written quotations on Online Advantage for client submission.
- Determine additional information required and contact clients to obtain necessary details.
- Monitor revisions and alterations supplied by clients and incorporate these into the Quality Assurance Procedure, considering cost impacts.
- Input sales orders and produce work orders.
- Highlight changes to orders resulting in chargeable extras being invoiced to clients.
- Raise purchase requisitions for bought-in items.
- Maintain and update the company CRM system, submitting monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Familiarize yourself with Quality Assurance and commercial Procedures related to enquiries.
