About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resource Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team at hVIVO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Clinical Operations monthly rota, adhering to ICH/GCP and best practice, and collaborating with Clinical Operations Team and hSite project teams to determine resourcing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize their workload and use initiative, and have good organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Clinical Operations monthly rota ensuring it is created and released according to hSITE rota Standards;
  • Adhere to ICH/GCP and best practice at all times;
  • Collaborate and communicate with Clinical Operations Team and hSite project teams to determine resourcing requirements;
  • Input into hSite quarterly operational resourcing forecast for hVIVO within hSITE, considering all areas within the business and their needs during the process;
  • Manage the hVIVO working bank database ensuring all staff receive appropriate communication and documentation;
  • Work with the hSITE study project teams to ensure appropriate staffing requirements, identifying and implementing possible efficiencies and maximizing resource utilization;
  • Manage the internal Resource Scheduling system by delegating as appropriate; building new study schedules into the system, and manage staffing levels throughout live studies by ensuring allocated staff are appropriately trained to execute the task and all study assessments are covered;
  • Ensure Clinical Operations staff receive required documentation to perform their daily duties;
  • Train new starters to the Clinical Resource Team in resourcing activities when applicable;
  • Coordinate the 24-hour emergency on-call rota for Medical personal within hSITE. Liaison with the external providers over calls received and delegate monthly checks on the service.

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role in a Clinical Research or Healthcare Provision environment.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
