Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Student Support department, including maintaining accurate student records and databases.
- Support the onboarding process of new students, including assisting with enrolment procedures and sending out timetables.
- Deal with part-time students' timetables and assigning groups/ILPs.
- Inductions coordination, including attendance monitoring.
- Assist colleagues with general administrative tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a positive approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to learn and develop and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
