Job Title: Student Support Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £24K-£26K (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Student Support department, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting with various tasks related to student records, data management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process of new students by assisting with enrolment procedures and sending out timetables.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Deal with part-time students' timetables and assigning groups/ILPs.
  • Inductions coordination, including attendance monitoring.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and workloads, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a positive approach to problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn and develop and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
  • Computing skills and qualifications, including those related to word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
