Job Description

At Elizabeth School of London, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Support team as a Student Support Administrator.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our student support department, ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the student support department, including maintaining accurate student records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process of new students, including assisting with enrolment procedures and sending out timetables.
  • Deal with part-time students' timetables and assigning groups/ILPs.
  • Coordinate inductions, including attendance monitoring.
  • Assist colleagues with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a positive approach to problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn and develop and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
