About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Student Support Officer to join our team at the University of Northampton. As a key member of our Library, Learning and Student Services department, you will play a vital role in supporting students within an education environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to students, using effective communication and empathy skills to resolve challenging situations.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless student support.
  • Have a good understanding of data protection legislation and accuracy with data input.

Requirements

  • Education to A level/NVQ level 3 with GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade C or equivalent.
