DBS Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DBS Administrator to join our team at Julie Rose Recruitment. As a DBS Administrator, you will be responsible for updating the database with personal details, names, and addresses, as well as managing diaries and covering reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update the database with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage diaries and schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Cover reception duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Order supplies and manage inventory
  • Send correspondence via letter and perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion
  • Flexibility and willingness to help out where needed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

This is a temporary position covering a permanent staff member on long-term leave. You will be working as part of a small, supportive team and will receive training to ensure a smooth transition.
