We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Julie Rose Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage meeting rooms and schedules, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Provide general office administration support, including data entry and document management.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to maintain a smooth-running office environment.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Represent Julie Rose Recruitment with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

The successful candidate will work 4 days per week, 9am-5pm, with a requirement to be available on Thursdays and Fridays as part of their weekly schedule.
