Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of our service, providing administrative support on a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including payroll administration, data entry, and report generation.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are warmly welcomed and assisted during their visit.
  • Deal with enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support with staff recruitment and induction, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, process orders, and handle invoices.
  • Supervise an Admin Assistant (where required).

Requirements

  • A good standard of general education with good basic levels of numeracy, reading, and writing in English.
  • Experience of working with administrative systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a great telephone manner.
  • Flexibility to work in accordance with the needs of the service.
