Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Directors and senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rail travel, and accommodation
- Monitor and respond to emails, direct messages, and phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer complaints and queries
- Liaise with the maintenance team and contractors to organize works
- Raise purchase orders and maintain the in-house filing system
- Perform minute-taking duties during meetings
- Carry out ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Property Manager
- Manage the company fleet and order stationery
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
