Receptionist / Business Administration Apprentice - Level 3

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors and other senior fee earners.

Our client is a reputable law firm with a strong presence in Bromley, Kent. They pride themselves on providing exceptional legal services to their clients, with a focus on personalized attention and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for each case.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and other senior fee earners
  • Managing files and documents
  • Preparing files for billing
  • Booking legal visits and appointments
  • Scanning and copying documents
  • Generating client care correspondence
  • Assisting solicitors on court hearing attendances
  • Liaising with third parties, including clients and other relevant stakeholders

Key skills and qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will also need to have a good understanding of administrative procedures and be able to work effectively in a team.

The apprenticeship:

This is a 15-month apprenticeship, which will provide you with the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You will also receive training in functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.

Prospects:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to progress to a full-time role within the firm.
