Administrator Role

ORP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Directors and senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rail travel, and accommodation
  • Monitor the company email inbox and respond to messages as required
  • Answer all calls, take messages, and transfer to relevant departments
  • Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries
  • Manage customer complaints and queries
  • Liaise with the maintenance team and contractors to organize works
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Perform ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Property Manager
  • Open and distribute post
  • Manage the company fleet
  • Order stationery and maintain the filing system
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
