We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator Lead to join our team at Eastcote Wealth Management Careers. As the first point of contact for visitors to the office, this role requires a friendly and professional individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our front desk area.

About the Role:

  • To greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
  • To manage meeting room bookings and coordinate meetings with external visitors and colleagues.
  • To maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier contact records and order office supplies as needed.
  • Monitor usage of office equipment and report any issues to maintenance staff.
  • Act as the main point of contact for visitors to the office and handle inbound telephone calls professionally.

Requirements:

  • A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
