Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can provide support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for calls and emails, diary management, office scheduling, updating IT systems, and general office administration. The successful candidate will also assist various teams by logging and distributing new customer leads, requesting customer payments, managing stock orders, updating suppliers' price lists, researching new business opportunities, and maintaining social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
