We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our Cross Academy Support Team. As a vital member of our team, you will provide operational support, administration, and office duties to ensure the effective implementation of our charity's aims.



The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Operations Manager and other team members to deliver our vision to positively impact thousands of young people and their families through holistic education.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the Business Operations Manager and other team members
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of our charity's aims and objectives
  • Developing and maintaining systems and processes to support the team's work
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the team's work
  • Providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making
