The role of a Culture and People Partner at Michael Page UK involves shaping the company culture to drive business excellence.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Culture and People Partner. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.

This role will be based in Oxford, working closely with management and employees to ensure that the company's human resources strategies align with its overall business objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Human Resources or a related field, with expertise in implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives. They will also have a deep understanding of labour law and HR best practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive and inclusive company culture, implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

You will oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Human Resources or a related field, with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices. They should also have in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working, 27 days holiday, and a pension scheme.
