About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily appointment sessions to optimize productivity and customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor session progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records and update systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- IT literacy with good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles or administration, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
