We are seeking a talented Restaurant Event Manager and Sales Professional to join our team in Greater Manchester. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, with uncapped performance-related bonuses for achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, organising, and executing events, from intimate private dining to large-scale celebrations. Key responsibilities include acting as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests, ensuring a personal touch is always provided, and building and maintaining strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and local partners to drive repeat business.
