About the Role

The People Pod is seeking a seasoned Hospitality Sales and Events Leader to join our prestigious restaurant in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand the restaurant's event and group booking business, fostering relationships with local businesses and organisations.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Guest Experience: Act as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests, providing a personal touch that sets us apart.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and local partners to drive repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
