About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Professional to join our team at The People Pod in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing events, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly respected hospitality group and enjoy a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus uncapped performance-related bonuses. You will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities, staff discounts, free meals during shifts, and recognition for outstanding performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to grow the restaurant's event and group booking business.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and oversee events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Hosting: Act as a warm and professional host for key events, private bookings, and VIP guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
