At Acorn by Synergie, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Team Leader to join our client's team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Insurance Advisors who work in the field. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities, as well as exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, organisation, and planning.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor and coach for a team of Insurance Advisors working in the field.
- Set and monitor targets for individual team members, and motivate them to achieve their sales goals.
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members to help them improve their performance.
- Ensure that the team is aligned with the company's business strategy, brand, objectives, and priorities.
