We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Vertu Motors Mini Yeovil.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to lead by example, inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £50,000 plus a company car and a range of fantastic benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded, while also maintaining excellent customer relationships.
