Employee Experience Role

At First Central Services, we are committed to creating a positive employee experience. We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Partner to join our People team in either Salford Quays or Haywards Heath. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will support the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager in strategically partnering with business pillars to deliver internal communications, wider engagement, and culture plans.

The ideal candidate will have good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint, as well as knowledge of the Financial Services Industry. They will also have extensive experience in an internal communication role with a proven track record of business partnering.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will take charge of the day-to-day ownership of our internal communications function and support the ever-evolving colleague experience. You will also lead a team of Internal Communication and Engagement colleagues to meet the team and company objectives.

You will be responsible for deputising for the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, ensuring that business goals and initiatives are met in line with our Strategy on a Page and our values. This includes leading and supporting with planning and managing internal events, writing, editing, and proof-reading copy across all channels, and delivering on a range of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager
• Lead a team of Internal Communication and Engagement colleagues
• Support the creation and ongoing implementation of the overall communication and engagement strategies
• Build a network across the Group and externally to influence and advise
• Lead, create, and deliver comprehensive and dynamic engagement plans

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
