Employee Experience Manager

We are a leading energy consultancy dedicated to helping businesses secure the best energy deals while reducing costs. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team based in Manchester.
The HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting our people operations, providing guidance and support to management and employees, and ensuring a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert HR advice and support to management and employees on various HR matters
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and providing solutions
- Conducting training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Assisting with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Estimated Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
- Knowledge of recruitment, applicant tracking systems (Workable), and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage employee relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
