We are looking for an exceptional Employee Experience Manager to join our People team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a commercial people service to our Core Functions departments across the UK.

You will work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support your service line and area of the business, focusing on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives.

This role offers access to specialist functions within the People team, including our People Operations Team, Reward, D&I, and Wellbeing. Your remit will focus on proactive people support and advice to your client groups, including annual bonus and salary review processes, employee relations issues, wellbeing and absence management support, management information/analysis, and service line initiatives.

With a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and make a real contribution to the business.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in performance management/capability processes, with experience of completing salary review processes and working in a professional or financial services environment being desirable.
