Head of Employee Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as Academy HR Director at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's growth plans
- Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including employee relations cases and compliance with policies and procedures
- Address learning and development gaps within the organization
- Adapt to system upgrades and organizational changes
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, as well as a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs. Strong employee relations expertise and the ability to handle complex cases are also essential. In addition, you should have experience in adapting to system upgrades and organizational changes.
What We Offer:
