About the Job

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven senior HR experience in a Head of People & Culture or similar capacity.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent, with Chartered Membership.
  • Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Skills in change management, strategic vision, and financial awareness.
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and adaptable approach to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including c£50,000-£55,000 pro rata + 33 days holiday per annum, enhanced maternity, paternity and shared parental leave, and other benefits.
