The HR Administrative Assistant role at AJ Bell requires a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support the wider HR team with administration tasks. Key responsibilities include completing the onboarding of new starters, including coordinating the AJ Bell Welcome, holding HR induction sessions, and administering the sickness absence procedure in line with company policy. In addition to these duties, you will assist with data entry, document preparation, and communication with employees. You will work closely with the HR Manager to maintain employee folders in line with GDPR and support the HR team with administration for annual tasks such as performance reviews and holiday processes.
