Administrative Support Specialist for the Middle East Region
Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.
As an Administrative Support Specialist for the Middle East Region, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and projects. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to various departments, facilitating tasks, and overseeing budgeting and financial monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and adequate support to different departments to a satisfactory standard.
- Complete and run day-to-day projects as and when required.
- Oversee financial expenditure budgets and documents upon request and provide relevant reports and corrections.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing calls.
- Provide comprehensive administrative service and customer service in line with SLA.
- Manage health and safety, including minimizing security threats, reporting all incidents/hazards, and logging health and safety information.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in administration or business or equivalent.
- Or GCSE Maths and English with college-level education.
- 6-12 months experience in a similar role, minimum.
- Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in Reading/Writing and Speaking Arabic. English in Writing/Speaking is required.
