Administrative Support Specialist for the Middle East Region

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and advocating for our beneficiaries worldwide. We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Middle East Region to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of tasks.
  • Manage and oversee financial expenditure budgets and documents, providing relevant reports and corrections as needed.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative and customer service functions, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage health and safety, including minimizing security threats, reporting incidents and hazards, and logging health and safety information.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in administration or business, or equivalent.
  • Or GCSE Maths and English with college-level education.
  • 6-12 months of experience in a similar role, minimum.
  • Computer literacy and competence with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic, with English in writing and speaking also required.
