Job Title: Senior Treasury Middle Office Manager

Together is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Middle Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Operations function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Treasury Operations and the wider Group Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Treasury Operations in providing support to the refinancing and execution of Together funding sources, delivering timely and accurate data to banks, investors, and rating agencies.
  • Lead on the maintenance and accurate management of the portfolio management systems and associated working processes.
  • Lead the technical data definitions in line with facility documentation and operational activities.
  • Support the Director of Treasury Operations in quality improvement initiatives as defined, agreed, and prioritized.
  • Provide support to the Debt Capital Markets team when preparing data for transactions, as well as having an in-depth understanding of the transaction structure.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of securitization and/or debt capital markets.
  • Experienced in reviewing and analyzing large data sets, with the ability to derive meaningful and logical conclusions.
  • Have strong organizational capabilities in order to plan and prioritize workloads effectively.
  • Self-directed learner and self-starter, able to work effectively with limited supervision/direction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
